This is great!! I hate to cook and have no interest in another gluten free cookbook but the mini recipes and combos at the end are useful. Lots of good advice! I would recommend this to a person newly diagnosed but also to anyone eating gluten-free
As a truck driver on the road all day, it's often quite difficult to eat gluten-free, especially with a limited amount of time available for navigating available options and making choices. This book has great tips especially for traveling and being spontaneous which is what I need. I didn't know fast food chains usually have gf information. Good advice!

I've eaten gluten free for years, but while traveling recently I learned the hard way that gluten is hidden in so many restaurant foods. For me, hidden gluten is even more of a problem since it's extracted and stronger. The list of hidden ingredients to avoid, and current names for these obscure ingredients, will make it much easier for me to avoid getting sick. I also appreciated the tips on food preparation when traveling.
I've been familiar with gluten-free for years, so I was surprised to discover some very useful tips in this book, especially for traveling and attending conferences. Many people who are gluten-free don't like to cook, so the quick & easy recipes at the end are great, although I would have liked to have seen more!
